All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and all international orders are shipped via UPS. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact email@example.com
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Items can only be returned or refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase and when accompanied by proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns and refunds are shipped at the expense of the customer. If however your item was faulty and you qualify for a refund we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received.
To start a return or refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a defective item, email us (email@example.com) with your order number, detailed description, and image of the defect. We will review and reply with a resolution.
All discounted sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds on sale items.
